![]() Starfire's anger unleashes destructive power. Upon realizing that Starfire genuinely cared for her, Blackfire attempted to apologize, but her latest trick severely angered Starfire and she nearly destroyed her. Blackfire periodically used Starfire's innocence to suit her selfish wishes yet Starfire would always forgive her. Mumbo Jumbo exploited this weakness by knocking her out with flowers for a chance to escape. Starfire was later tricked into continuing the holiday season by Beast Boy, Raven, and Cyborg yet the three of them were extremely guilty due to her childlike nature in wanting to experience the Second Christmas Miracle. When Beast Boy was looking for someone to prank, he immediately singled out Starfire for her gullibility and tricked her into serving his every whim after she believed that she had killed him. Īs a result of her naivety, Starfire is often at the receiving end of pranks from the Titans and this trait is occasionally exploited by her enemies. She has a high sense of responsibility and morality as seen when she confessed about her lying and volunteered to leave the Titans because of it (which also highlighted a high regard for herself). Due to the sharp contrast that lying has against her personality, Starfire finds it hard to tell a simple lie, but became fluent which resulted in fights between by her friends. Starfire's innocence is shown to have a powerful affect on the Titans, and her puppy dog eyes often succeed in winning them over without a fight. Her kindness and overall good nature has earned her a reputation which includes always telling the truth and unable to fill the the merciless actions that are required of a supervillain. Her sunny personality, politeness, and kindness is shared among both friends and even her enemies such as Jinx, Doctor Light, and the H.I.V.E. Her development from a reserved, closed off loner who thinks she can only protect people by staying away from them to a caring, loyal, social member of the team who would do anything to keep them all safe and not from herself was amazing to watch.Īll the female characters on Teen Titans were amazing, and ranking them is pretty much the most difficult job in the world. She almost ended the world because she didn't see another way for herself - making her oddly similar to Terra in that respect - and, with the help of her friends, managed to turn it all around and save the world instead. Heck, there are villains out there who probably still have nightmares about the shadowy tentacles that Raven is hiding under that cloak and hood. ![]() Raven is the biggest badass on the Teen Titans for the sheer fact that even she is afraid of herself. However, if you're willing to keep an open mind and hear me out, while also acknowledging that each of these women are completely awesome in their own ways, then we might get through this unscathed. Some might seem incredibly obvious (looking at you, Kitten), while others, like Starfire and Raven, are likely to start trouble when the conversation of which character is better comes up. I know it's an impossible dream to get every Teen Titans fan to agree on which ladies belong at the top of the awesomeness list, and which belong on the bottom. However, as hard as it's going to be, it's about time we rank the female characters on Teen Titans, just because some of these lovely ladies are more badass than others.ĭon't get me wrong. Then again, this doesn't come as much of a surprise considering Starfire and Raven, who make up part of the main team, are role models from two completely different aesthetics who nonetheless work perfectly well within the superhero family they are both loyal to.
